This was one of the main reasons I came here, so when I arrived at the spa, I was shocked to find that the pool floor was clearly peeling and floating debris was in the water, and the edges were dirty. This was far from what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Besides the few small chairs scattered around the garden, there was nowhere to relax and read, and the overall decoration of the area was more like a public swimming pool than a 5-star spa.
