Relaxed hotel with friendly staff and a great location close to shops and the train station.
Travelers love the great staff, excellent location, and the rooftop terrace with stunning views.
The Art Deco building adds charm, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Good value for money with convenient kitchenette in some rooms.
Friendly and professional staff, good car park, and a cozy spot in Potts Point.
Great value for money, clean and convenient.
Their rooftop offers stunning views of Sydney.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The room is small but very clean, with good water pressure and temperature in the shower. The air conditioning is strong, and the facilities are good (microwave, extra pillows).

Main Negative Reviews:

Some rooms need refurbishment; outdated furniture and fixtures.
Issues with cleanliness in certain rooms and common areas.
Noise from the street can be disturbing at night.
Limited breakfast options available.
One guest mention: we had a large amount of money stolen.
Someone said: The room's cleanliness was mediocre; I noticed a stained towel and some stray hairs beside the toilet.
Not only was it messy and smelly, but it also clearly lacked proper cleaning and maintenance. The sofa looked like something salvaged from the roadside, and the bathroom was moldy with hair from previous guests.
The sofa might have a musty smell.
One review mention: There were many cockroaches when the lights were off. It was very dirty, with bugs and cockroaches around; I didn't even dare to close my eyes.
When I went to the front desk, there was no one to help me. No customer service, very uncomfortable and dirty. Stayed for 6 days without cleaning. The windows were tightly shut, and the room had carpet; we had sore throats and started coughing after 6 days. The hotel had a smell, possibly due to a lack of natural and artificial ventilation.

Overall Analysis
