One visitor mentioned the hygiene issue: I got bed bug bitten the whole 2 legs. It was the most terrible hotel staying experience I ever have in my life. I was shocked that it claimed itself as bed bug free facility.

Someone mentioned: The customer services were not satisfied, The front desk gentleman did not secure and tag our luggage appropriately and initially gave us 2/6 pieces.He miscommunicated where to catch our taxi to Seoul station and as a result the driver cancelled our pick up leaving us waiting. Additionally, we had to book a taxi service straight to the airport - an additional $50 spent.
The bathroom cleaning attention to detail could be improved - as compared to other Seoul hotels.
Soundproofing is non-existent, visitors can hear people in the corridor and the construction was closely to the hotel which was very noisy and the noises started from 7am every morning.
The facilities are relatively old, some electrical sockets are broken and have no power output.
