The hotel feels very new, with Wi-Fi speeds between 20-30 Mbps, sufficient for Zoom calls with screen sharing. Otteri and iLaundry are just a 6-7 minute walk away, with iLaundry offering free cleaning services from 9 AM to 5 PM. There’s also a great dim sum shop across the street.

Main Negative Reviews:

Some rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night.
The hotel is a bit far from the beach, requiring a taxi or long walk.
The water from the shower had a bad smell and was muddy yellow. The hotel is near a red-light district, so non-drivers should be cautious. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear a lot of noise every night.
The cleanliness is okay but could be better—I moved from one room to another and found hair on the floor in both. They don’t even provide soap for handwashing. The bathroom had a slight odor, and the soundproofing wasn’t great. My room was at the end of the hall, but I could still hear music from a phone when the door at the other end of the hallway was closed. You can hear doors closing and people talking, but not to the extent that it kept me from sleeping.
Some rooms don’t have windows.
The location is a bit hard to find, and they charge a ฿1,000 deposit.
