The rooms are described as larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, providing ample space for relaxation.
The hotel's location, close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, is highly appreciated by travelers for easy access to shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Reviewers often mention the comfort of the beds, which are perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.
The staff is commended for their helpfulness and hospitality, making guests feel welcome and well-cared for.
Guests appreciate the modern amenities, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and in-room hot pots for tea and coffee.
Despite being in a busy area, the hotel is noted for its quiet and peaceful environment, allowing for restful stays.
The hotel's decor is described as chic and contemporary, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
Many guests feel that the hotel offers good value for the price, especially given its location and quality of service.
The breakfast provided is often highlighted for its variety and quality, with both Western and Japanese options available.
The first floor offers complimentary skincare products like lotion, emulsion, and face masks. My face was extremely dry on the first day, but these provided much-needed relief. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
It's about a 6-8 minute walk to Shinsaibashi, and there are many convenience stores around.
The service is meticulous, and our luggage was quickly delivered to the room. The staff can communicate in English.
The service was impeccable. They helped us book two BBQ restaurants and also reserved a taxi to the airport for us.

Main Negative Reviews:

Some guests mention that the hotel lacks a variety of on-site dining options beyond breakfast.
The hotel does not have a pool or gym, which some travelers expect from a hotel in this price range.
A few guests feel the rates are on the higher side, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
While generally quiet, some guests have noted occasional noise from the street or neighboring rooms, particularly at night.
The room was very dirty, with bugs on the bed and stains that looked like blood on the sheets. When I asked the receptionist, she seemed clueless about the situation.
The ceiling is very low, and the bathroom sink is also quite low. In the twin room, the toilet and bathroom are separate, so you have to walk out of the toilet and through the room to wash your hands in the bathroom.
Breakfast was not good—a vegetable juice, two slices of bread, two kinds of sauce, a salad, and some cookies. When I asked if there were any varieties, I was told there are three different types, but that just meant different price ranges. For five days, it was the same bread, same salad, same cookies, and same juice. No pastries, no coffee, no tea, no hot food.
The attitude of the reception staff is inconsistent. Some staff members are friendly and responsive, but others seem uninterested. I was surprised when I was charged over 1,000 yen for checking in just one hour early. This pricing seems excessive compared to other hotels in the area.
It would be great if they had more facilities like a gym, sauna, or dining experiences.
