Someone said: When heading to the balcony, I bumped into a protruding wooden board at the foot of the bed. Upon checking under the bed, I found a large board sticking out significantly. Both my girlfriend and I hit it more than three times during our one-night stay, resulting in cuts and bruises. This issue makes me hesitant to stay here again. The front desk staff's attitude was just average, nothing special. Moreover, I still haven't received a refund for the deposit that was supposed to be returned.
The cleaning cart was parked in the fire escape, and it was filthy. No wonder the room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. The floors were dirty, with dust everywhere. The sliding door to the bathroom had shelves inside that were covered in dust. It was absolutely horrifying.
Someone said: The only drawback was that the wireless charging for my phone frequently disconnected, so it didn't charge properly.
While mostly positive, a few guests felt that the breakfast options could be more varied or even empty when they arrived.
