Main Positive Reviews:

Convenient Location and Room Amenities: Just a quick walk across the road, and you’re at the wharf—imagine waking up to see a cruise ship! The room is lovely, very clean, and has an impressive number of power outlets and USB charging ports. The bed is soft—not the typical hard-as-a-rock commercial bed, yet not too soft that you sink to the floor. There’s a very welcome coffee machine in the room, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Great TV and Wi-Fi, Excellent Breakfast: The TV and Wi-Fi both work very well. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of hot dishes, fresh fruits, and salads. I loved the Anzac biscuits and energy bars. The location is superb, right in front of the harbor, with beautiful views from the room. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot.
Prime Location: Guests frequently mention the excellent location, directly across from the harborfront, making it easy to access ferries, restaurants, and shops.
Modern Design: The hotel’s contemporary and chic design, both in the rooms and common areas, is highly praised for its aesthetic appeal.
Harbor Views: Many guests appreciate the beautiful views of the harbor from their rooms, which enhances their overall experience.
Excellent Service: The staff are often described as friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing significantly to a positive stay.
Cleanliness: The rooms and hotel facilities are consistently noted for being exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
Comfortable Rooms: Guests enjoy the spacious and comfortable rooms, with particular praise for the beds and modern amenities available.

Main Negative Reviews:

Cleanliness Issue: The only downside was finding hair on the bed sheets.
Unpleasant Interaction: Since I am Asian, I asked the staff member which part of Asia she was from, but she deliberately ignored me. My New Zealand husband also asked her, and she ignored him as well. This was quite unpleasant, as everything had been fine up until that point. Later, she came to our table, softly spoke to my husband, apologized for ignoring us, and explained that she ignored us because she wanted to get our room number first. My husband suspected that she might have thought we were from immigration and wanted to ensure we were hotel guests. After that, she was very hospitable towards us. It seems that most of the staff at this hotel are Asian.
Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was really uncomfortable and too soft for my back. The housekeeping staff needs to flip the mattress every few months because you tend to sink into it, which forced me to sleep on the sofa instead. They also need to replace the pillows, as they’re too soft, though that’s an easy fix.
Check-in Delays: Some guests reported delays during the check-in process, which led to a less favorable first impression.
Noise Levels: Due to its central location, some guests reported noise from the street and nearby establishments, particularly at night.
