It’s quite expensive, and some dishes were just disappointing—like the cod roe, which didn’t suit us, and the flounder nigiri, which was extremely chewy. We did enjoy the tuna dishes, especially the fatty chu-toro. Unfortunately, the food came too quickly, the pacing was off, and the portions were 22 bites—in the end, you’re full, and they make you a bunch of rolls. Earlier that day, we had a different omakase experience at the fish market for half the price, and it was better.
