Main Positive Reviews:

The rides are fantastic, especially the Transformers ride. It was an incredible experience!
A great place for both kids and adults. The park is well-maintained and has a lot of variety.
The Battlestar Galactica roller coaster is a must-try! Thrilling and exhilarating.
The park offers a good mix of rides, shows, and attractions. The WaterWorld show is particularly impressive.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
The themed zones are very immersive, and the attention to detail is outstanding.
It’s a perfect place to spend a day with family. My kids loved the Madagascar and Minions sections.
The park is clean, and the food options are decent. I highly recommend getting an express pass to skip the long lines.
The Halloween Horror Nights event was phenomenal. Very well-organized with great scare zones.
A lot of fun and entertainment in one place. The Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure was my favorite!

Main Negative Reviews:

The park was overcrowded, and the wait times for rides were too long, even with an express pass.
Some rides were closed for maintenance, which was disappointing given the high ticket price.
The food inside the park is overpriced and not very good.
It’s too small compared to other Universal Studios parks. Not enough rides for the ticket price.
The Battlestar Galactica ride was closed during our visit, which was a major letdown.
The express pass is expensive and doesn’t guarantee you a short waiting time.
The park needs more shaded areas and places to sit. It gets really hot walking around all day.
The ticket prices are high, and there’s an additional charge for almost everything inside.
The park is geared more towards kids; not many thrill rides for adults.
The overall experience was underwhelming. The park felt a bit dated, and the attractions were not as exciting as expected.
The opening hours are only 6 hours, so there’s not enough time to enjoy many rides or watch shows.
It was extremely hot with no proper covered walkways or cooling fans! It’s easy to get heatstroke if you're not careful. There are very few shaded seating areas, and not many sun-protection products available for purchase.
Half of the park was closed for upgrades, which I understand. But the rides that were open were also mostly closed, except for 2. I think they shouldn't charge full price under these circumstances, let alone for express passes. They should inform people before entering. Not impressed at all. The only good thing was the WaterWorld show.
Not happy. I bought quite a few souvenirs, but one of the products had a quality control issue... it leaked oil and ruined my entire bag. The smell was terrible.
Due to the rain, all the rides were stopped, and there weren’t many places to take shelter except near the entrance. It rains often in Singapore, so prepare for rain in advance!

Universal Studios Singapore is a must-visit attraction for anyone traveling to Singapore, especially for families and fans of theme parks. The park offers a variety of rides, shows, and attractions that cater to visitors of all ages. The immersive themed zones and high-quality entertainment make it a memorable experience.

However, visitors should be aware that the park can get very crowded, especially during peak seasons, which can result in long wait times for popular rides. The park is also smaller compared to other Universal Studios parks worldwide, and some may find the ticket prices high for the size of the park. Additionally, factors such as limited opening hours, extreme heat, and rain can negatively impact the overall experience.

Is it Worth Visiting:

With an average rating of 4.6/5, Universal Studios Singapore is highly recommended for families, movie fans, and thrill-seekers. It’s particularly enjoyable if you plan your visit during non-peak hours and consider purchasing an express pass to maximize your experience. However, if you’re not a fan of theme parks or prefer more adult-oriented attractions, you might find the experience less satisfying.

Worth visiting if you enjoy theme parks and don’t mind spending a bit more for a fun day out. Not recommended if you’re looking for a quiet experience, are sensitive to crowds and long wait times, or if the weather is a concern.
