Positive Points:

The location is convenient, the food quality is high, and they have a wide variety of seasonal seafood.
Our waiter was very happy to help us choose the best dishes and was very attentive.
This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to in Hong Kong, and it's also great value for money.
The abalone is chewy and refreshing, with a hint of sea salt, and it goes really well with the yuzu pepper. Their hand-rolled sushi is also delicious! It comes with six pieces of sushi and udon noodles. Each piece of sushi rice has a nice chewy texture. The scallops are especially large and fresh, the shrimp is plump, and the otoro melts in your mouth.
The sushi is incredibly plump and fresh.
Someone said: I want to say that everything is incredibly fresh, you don't even need to add any sauce, just grill and eat, it's flavorful enough.
The interior is decorated in a traditional Japanese wood style, the seats are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very patient in explaining each dish, and they even brought out a whole platter of live seafood for us to see, ensuring the food was fresh. The lobster even jumped!
Many reviewers strongly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Hamayaki cuisine.
Many reviewers praised the quality and freshness of the seafood, especially the Hamayaki dishes.

Negative Points:

The prices are too high and the restaurant is overrated.
It's crowded, noisy, and cramped. The tables are less than two meters apart, and you can clearly hear what the people at the next table are saying. As soon as you walk in, there's a strong smell of burnt food.
Some reviewers felt that the prices were slightly higher than expected for the portion sizes.

Recommended Dishes:

  1. Hamayaki Platter

  2. Sushi Platter

  3. Lobster

  4. Grilled Seafood - Crab, Scallops

Overall Analysis:
