Terms & Conditions For Membership Rewards Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to the FLYLIST Membership Rewards Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern how you earn, accumulate, and redeem points ("Points") through purchases made on our partner websites. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1. The Program is open to individuals who have registered for a membership on our website.

2.2. By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that all registration information provided is accurate and up to date. FLYLIST is not responsible for any incorrect information.

2.3. Membership is personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold.

 

3. Earning Points

3.1. Points can be earned by making purchases on participating partner websites through our membership system.

3.2. Unless otherwise specified by the our website, a fixed rule applies where for every US$1 spent, you will earn 1 Point.

3.3. Points will only be credited to your account after the partner website confirms the transaction and the payment has been processed.

3.4. If you cancel an order made through our partner's website, any points earned from that transaction will be revoked and deducted from your account accordingly.

3.5. FLYLIST reserves the right to modify the Points earning structure or conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Accumulation and Expiration of Points

4.1. Points accumulated in the Program have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

4.2. Points will accumulate in your membership account and can be viewed by logging into your account on our website.

4.3. Points may expire after 12 months if not redeemed by the expiration date. FLYLIST reserves the right to change the expiration policy at any time.

 

5. Redeeming Points

5.1. Points can be redeemed for products available on our website.

5.2. The number of Points required to redeem a product will be specified on our website and may vary depending on the product or promotion.

5.3. Products redeemed using Points cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Since these products are provided in exchange for accumulated Points, and not purchased with currency, they are considered free items and are therefore ineligible for return or refund.

5.4. Points cannot be used in combination with other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless explicitly stated.

5.5. Once Points are redeemed for a product, the redemption is final, and the Points will be deducted from your balance.

 

6. Account Management and Termination

6.1. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. FLYLIST is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

6.2. FLYLIST reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if it believes there has been misuse of the Program, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

6.3. In the event of termination, all accumulated Points will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.

 

7. Program Modifications and Termination

7.1. FLYLIST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. This includes changes to how Points are earned, redeemed, or how they accumulate.

7.2. Any significant changes to the Program will be communicated via email or notification on our website.

7.3. If the Program is terminated, Members will have 30 days to redeem any remaining Points, after which any unused Points will expire.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. FLYLIST will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or participation in the Program.

8.2. FLYLIST is not responsible for any errors in the tracking of purchases or the accumulation of Points due to technical issues or partner website inaccuracies.

8.3. FLYLIST makes no guarantee regarding the availability of any specific product for redemption or the continued availability of the Program.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9.2. Your information may be shared with partner websites to facilitate the accumulation of Points and for other purposes within the scope of the Program.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and the Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
